''Adequate 7 EP'' is the debut release from the Welsh band Adequate Seven. It contains five tracks and is limited to 1500 copies. Two of the tracks were re-recorded for their debut full length album, ''Songs of Innocence and of Experience''. This EP features the original line up of the band: Ben Reynolds (drums), Jamie Searle (vocals), Jonny Prosser (bass), Kazz Bassma (guitar), Pete Barnes (guitars), Matt Price (trumpet) and Tom Pinder (trombone).
